(Paris, 1889). Album numéroté (N°184) signé par Gustave Eiffel, offert au personnel ayant pris part à la construction de la Tour. Tiré à petit nombre. Illustré par une gravure de la Tour et 9 photos sur papier albuminé collées : un portrait d'Eiffel et 8 photos de la Tour (22 x 28 cm) des frères Neurdin. On trouve en tête une "Notice sur la construction et l'exploitation de la Tour" et une liste du "Personnel de la maison Eiffel ayant pris part à la construction de la Tour". Petites taches sur la photo de l'ascenseur du 2ème étage. Les photos sont un peu passées comme dans tous les albums subsistants. Reliure un peu déboîtée et frottée. In-folio oblong de (9) pp. et 8 grandes photos collées. Demi-percaline noire à coins, titre doré sur le plat. At the beginning is a “Note on the Construction and Operation of the Tower” and a list of the “Eiffel Company Personnel Who Participated in the Construction of the Tower.” Small spots on the photo of the elevator on the 2nd floor.
